A book I made with my friend and artist TOM BIDDULPH for his gallery show at living room gallery A FLAG that is run by my friend ANNA KINNEIR. The book explores the accessibility of printing text on clothing. For eight years, Tom photographed people wearing words. Using these images, he created new sentences that come together as a poem about the pain and pleasures of being alive today. This book holds a collection of 54 postcards. Although there is a suggested order for the images to appear, you’re free to rearrange them as you see fit and assemble your own text. Don’t limit yourself to the 54 images contained in the book either; add your own and let the text grow into something new.
